Ingrown Toenails On The Feet

One is a bloody occurs when the nail is bent downward and grows into the skin. It is painful and can be problematic if they become infected but can be corrected.
Usually there is a bloody at the edges of the nail. When this happens the skin is irritated, becomes red, there may be swelling and pain.

Some chaos is an infectious cause slight cut to facilitate entry of bacteria. When there is infection may have a foul odor, pus, and more pain.

Causes
Several factors can cause a bloody one of these are:

1 – hereditary factors.

2 – Golpes. Whether hitting the finger at something or something fall on the finger causing trauma.

3 – Pressure. Activities that involve constant pressure in the toes, such as running or kicking.

4 – Cortes. Cut the nails in the wrong way or cut very short.

5 – Shoes. The tight shoes or too small to help this situation.

Types of ingrown toenails:

Incarnation lateral (most common)
Embodies the front or forward.

Possible prevention
1 – Cut the nail in the right way. Always have your nails cut straight. If you cut the nail in the right way the problem persists, consult a podiatrist.

2 – To maintain healthy feet to avoid infection.

3 – Avoid wearing tight shoes.

4 – Avoid shoes very loose, as when walking or running speed is pressure on the fingers.

Treatments and recommendations
1 – In some cases surgery is needed. This is very simple and is done in the doctor. (This is the best solution when a nail is embodied continuously)

2 – If there is no inflammation, soak the foot in water at room temperature and get a massage to reduce the pressure.

3 – If there is infection the doctor may prescribe antibiotics.

4 – Mini-surgery home. To do this make sure you have clean hands and any object that is clean. Cut the nail straight on. Then insert your feet in warm water, it softened the nail and thus may slightly lift the nail and insert a piece of cotton under, this will help keep separate the nail from the skin.
