Mental Illness That Causes Excessive Anxiety and Worry

It is a normal response to a specific circumstance and is stimulated by several factors having to do with natural events, worries, diseases, challenges, uncertainty, fear, grief, anxiety or present. The problem is sometimes so intense that people change their routine and way of life so that to avoid feeling anxious, and many come to develop fear of being away from home or agarofobia.

It can occur in several ways:
- Acute anxiety, which is in the form of panic attacks with intense fear and physical symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath and a feeling of impending misfortune. Present can occur after a traumatic event or physical or emotional.
- Anxiety chronic situation where the person is causing a permanent fear and depression.
- Generalized anxiety, which causes drift of almost any situation that causes uncertainty and often without apparent cause.

When anxiety is excessive, produce symptoms that are so troubling that more general fear and anxiety, causing a vicious cycle of panic attacks and more frequent.
