I’m Telling You Again, Diet Low in Fats is Good For Your Health
If someone had to go through a heart problem, such as a heart attack, for your own health the best choice I could make with regard to diet is to follow a low-fat diet or follow the Mediterranean diet, so once again suggest a recent study published in The American Journal of Cardiology.
While both types of diets provide similar amounts of protein, carbohydrates, cholesterol and saturated fat, the second option is much healthier monounsaturated fats, especially omega 3 fatty acids from fish as beneficial to cardiovascular health.
However, the authors of this study said in its conclusions that either option may be the most appropriate choice for a better quality of life, while it would be beneficial to the health of those who have already suffered a heart attack.
